1. The game
GuessTheSearch is a free entertainment quiz. Puzzles are built from search predictions captured from public autocomplete and filtered by us. Predictions reflect what people type, not facts about any person, group, place or company, and nothing on the site is a statement of our views. GuessTheSearch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC; “Google” is a trademark of Google LLC and is used here only to describe the source of the data.
2. Fair play and names
- Display names, league names and challenge names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or contain personal data about other people.
- Do not automate play, tamper with scores, overload the service or try to access data that is not yours.
- We may rename, remove or reset any name, league, score or challenge that breaks these rules.
3. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use GuessTheSearch. Some predictions are cheeky; the game is not designed for young children.
4. Our content
The site design, code, puzzle selection, articles and illustrations belong to GuessTheSearch. You are welcome to share your results, screenshots and short quotes with a link back. Please do not republish our articles or puzzle archive in bulk.
5. Advertising
GuessTheSearch is free to play and is supported by advertising. Ads are never placed inside a quiz round.
6. No warranty
GuessTheSearch is provided “as is”. We try hard to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise that every puzzle, streak or article is error-free or that the service will never be interrupted. Streaks and history stored in your browser can be lost if you clear it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GuessTheSearch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
